• Documentation and guides for AI-assisted development

• Updates and improvements to purchased kits

User Accounts and Eligibility

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement

Account Responsibilities

• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security issues

• Share your account credentials or purchased downloads with others

License and Ownership

What You Own

• You own all code you write using the starter kits
• You own products and applications you build with the kits
• You can use purchased kits for unlimited commercial projects

What We Own

• AI App Start brand, logos, and trademarks
• The original starter kit templates and documentation
• The website, platform, and proprietary systems

Your License to Use Starter Kits

When you purchase a starter kit, we grant you a:

• Non-exclusive license (others can buy it too)
• Non-transferable license (you can't resell the template itself)
• Perpetual license (use it forever, no subscription)
• Commercial use allowed (build and sell products with it)

Payment and Pricing

Free and Paid Kits

• Some kits are free; others require payment
• Prices are shown in USD and may vary by kit type
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

Refund Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid kits
• Contact [email protected] with your order number for a refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• We may ask for brief feedback (optional) to improve our products

Price Changes

• We may change kit prices at any time
• Once purchased, your license is not affected by price changes
• Sales and discounts may be offered periodically

• No warranty that kits will meet your specific requirements
• No guarantee of compatibility with all systems or third-party services
• You should review, test, and modify code before production use

Termination

Either party may end this agreement:

• By you: Stop using the service or delete your account anytime
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or misuse
• Effect: Downloaded kits remain yours to use under the license granted. Refunds (if any) follow our refund policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. The effective date will always be clearly stated.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your region. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or through arbitration where required. We encourage resolving issues informally first—contact us and we'll work it out.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect
